• 45% Profile completeness — 8 publicly-checkable fields (categories, hours, photos, description, services, attributes, posts, Q&A presence)
• 30% Reviews — count, recency, average rating, response rate
• 25% Competitive standing — how you compare to nearby UK competitors on the same signals
